- 2. Design done by Standard Analysis & Design software package
- 3. Wind & Earthquake analysis as per standard procedure directed by Indian Code only.
- 4.In case of Deep foundation separate chares may be applied. For Isolated/combined footing no separate design charges are applied.
- 5. In case of Vetting from any University/IITs Separate charges for vetting are applied.
- 6. Any expenses ( if any) from local body will not be included on the above charges.
- 7. Printing Charges/Courier charges will apply separately.
